Bogotá – Click Clack Hotel

Hola amigooooos!!!
This week I want to tell you everything about my latest trip to Colombia!!!
A country I had been wanting to visit for many years now and that I finally made it possible!
Let’s start from the beginning, the capital Bogotá; one of the most fun cities I have visited lately!
Special thanks to all my local Colombian friends for showing me around the best places in the city, here Im going to show you all the coolest insider tips:

I had the wrong idea that arriving to Colombia was a complicated issue, to my surprise there is a direct flight with Avianca to Bogotá from Barcelona. My first time flying this airline and I have to say the have one of the most modern planes ever. With every seat with touch screen (that works amazingly well by the way ) and button controlled windows the Avianca planes have nothing to envy to the worlds most famous airlines.

I stayed at the coolest hotel in town, The Click Clack hotel, known for its perfect location next to the Parque de la 93 and its young, fashion vibes.
The hotel is super modern and has different room types ranging from XS – S – M – L and XL. I stayed at a size M that for one person is big enough and it has a very cute terrace with two chairs and an outdoor fireplace that they can light up for you! I want to mention the rain shower of the bathroom was amazing !
The truth is when you stay here you don’t need to go very far to find the best parties, on the rooftop restaurant Apache you will find the best sunsets and music in the afternoon- late night. And on the downstairs restaurant there is the Brunchaholic sessions on the weekend very famous around town, a very cool Dj, open bar of Mimosa cocktails and the best Colombian food ranging from arepas, to fresh fruits, cakes, waffles and pancakes and an outdoor bbq! The best plan for a weekend in Bogota!

Bogota is the perfect city to come for a couple of days of party and shopping. My favourite places:
Andres Carne de Res: One of the most fun club-restaurants in the world and one of the main reasons I wanted to come to Bogota! Like a party Disneyland with coloured lights, reggaeton music and lots of Guaro (aguardiente, the official drink in Colombia) you will have one of the best nights dancing here. You can also eat while you party, try their famous sweet arepas with cheese. The famous Andres restaurant is in Chia which is about 40 minute drive away from Bogota, make sure you have a driver!
If you want to party in the city I suggest you head to Bungalow, the rooftop club and IT place for dancing in Bogota. Depending on the night you will find electronic, house or reggaeton music!

Click Clack hotel: In the restaurant downstairs for the brunch as I said you cannot miss it!
Bandido: The cool restaurant has a hidden bar at the end called El Enano! Go there and have some cocktails and Colombian dishes such as the ceviches and aubergines!
Cafe Bar Universal: It Colombian restaurant, order the cachete de res and the chistorra.
Leon Mozzarela: Italian restaurant very instagrammy place, we had a bloggers lunch here and we took sooo many pics! My favourite food here the truffled burrata.
Bungalow: Rooftop club featuring the best DJs in the city, very fun place in Bogota!

I love Colombian fashion, so colourful and summer ready! Here are my top picks in the city!
Loctolab: Multibrand store with all the famous Colombian designers you can find, sunglasses, clothes, bags.. All you need is here!
Carlota: The most fashion shoes in Colombia!
VerdeLimon: Colombian brand, I bought here an amazing swimsuit with white and blue stripes that everyone asked me about on instagram.
Castañer: My favourite espadrilles and summer essentials from Barcelona also have a shop in Bogota at the Andino mall! Must visit amigos!
Wash Swimwear: New upcoming swimwear brand from Colombia, keep an eye on them they are going to be great!

In my opinion everyone should visit Bogotá in their first time in Colombia, but beware, the weather gets pretty cold! So pack a jacket before going to the next beach destinations in the country 😉
